By accessing Mindsle you agree to the following terms designed to protect both your wellbeing data and the respectful usage of our services.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- Account sharing is prohibited; each subscription is for a single individual.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that violates applicable laws or infringes on others' rights.
- Avoid using Mindsle to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical advice.
- Report safety concerns through the in-app escalation flow.
Subscriptions & cancellation
- All payments are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe on behalf of the developer entity, using their respective payment channels; charges will appear under the platform's billing descriptor.
- We do not offer a free trial at this time. If pricing changes, the platform will notify you in advance per its policies, and you may cancel auto-renewal in Settings or the subscription management page before the next charge.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store / Google Play account settings or Stripe management portal; refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless required by law.
- After cancellation you retain access to base features and existing data until the billing cycle ends; deletion requests submitted via [email protected] will be processed within 30 days.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
Disclaimers
- Mindsle provides emotional companionship only and is not clinical therapy or an emergency channel.
- You remain solely responsible for content you submit, any reliance on AI outputs, and what you share. When we receive credible notices of unlawful or infringing material we may remove or restrict it; except where law compels otherwise, we are not liable for user-generated content or related claims.
- Third-party platforms (Apple, cloud providers, AI vendors) are responsible for their own availability and security; our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
- The services and AI features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability; to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability for outages or losses is limited to the minimal amount required.
- We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is registered in App Store Connect, while mandatory consumer protection laws of your location prevail where applicable. Disputes will first be settled amicably; failing that, they may be brought before the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
